What the form collects

The contact form collects your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), topic, message, the language of the page, and the time of submission. There is no visitor account and no automatic email to you.

How the message is sent

The message is emailed through Microsoft 365 to the mailbox UpNew configures for the site. This version does not store enquiries in a database. If sending is not accepted, the message is not kept for a later attempt. The email includes a reference ID. Your email address is used only as the reply-to address.

Rate limiting

The address the request came from is used to limit how often the form can be submitted. That value stays in the memory of one web server process and is discarded when the process restarts. It is not written to a database.

What still needs to be added

The site does not use analytics cookies. The owner still needs to add the legal basis, how long emails are kept, and how people can exercise their rights.
